30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We're confident you'll love your DryBoxHub container. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right within 30 days of purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • The container is in acceptable condition (reasonable wear excepted)
  • The container functions as described
  • There is no permanent damage caused by misuse
  • All seals and fasteners are intact (unless defective)

Customized containers are non-refundable unless the customization was defective or not as specified.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for refund:

  • Containers with permanent damage from misuse or neglect
  • Containers that have been modified (welding, cutting, painting with permanent materials)
  • Custom orders (unless defective)
  • Heavily used containers with significant wear and damage
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers (contact the seller directly)

3. Return Process

  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Prepare Container: Ensure the container is clean and empty. Dangerous materials must be completely removed
  4. Schedule Pickup: Arrange a convenient pickup time for the return shipment
  5. Quality Inspection: We inspect the returned container upon receipt
  6. Process Refund: Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of inspection

4. Return Shipping

Defective Items: DryBoxHub covers return shipping costs for defective products.

Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid label if requested; the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping Timeline: The container must be picked up within 30 days of your return authorization. Delays may affect refund eligibility.

5. Refund Amount

Full Refunds: For defective items or items not as described, we provide full refunds of the product price.

Partial Refunds: For customer-initiated returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you requested a return shipping label, that cost is deducted from your refund.

Processing Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days.

6. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your container for a different size or type:

  1. Contact us with your exchange request and reason
  2. We'll discuss options and pricing differences
  3. For same-value exchanges, no additional fees apply
  4. For upgrades, the price difference is due
  5. For downgrades, we'll credit the difference

Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days to complete.

7. Damaged Items

If your container arrives damaged:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and detailed description of damage
  • We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund
  • Shipping costs for replacements are covered by DryBoxHub

8. Defective Products

If your container has a defect in materials or workmanship:

  • We cover parts and labor for repairs under warranty
  • For non-repairable defects, we provide full refund or replacement

9. Warranty Information

New Containers: Covered by a 5-year limited structural warranty on the container frame and doors.

Used Containers: Covered by a 2-year limited structural warranty.

Custom Modifications: Warranty covers the base container; custom work has a 1-year warranty.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear, misuse, accidents, and environmental damage.

10. Special Circumstances

Wrong Item Shipped: If we shipped the wrong container, we will pay for return shipping and ship the correct item immediately at no charge.

Item Not as Described: If your container doesn't match our listing, contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement.

Quality Issues Discovered Later: Issues discovered after 30 days may still be covered under warranty. Contact us with details.

11. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Return the container in a clean, emptied condition
  • Do not attempt repairs or modifications before return
  • Provide honest information about the condition and reason for return
