1. Shipping Timeline
Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after order confirmation
Express Delivery: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
Custom Orders: 7-14 business days (depends on customization specifications)
Note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Container size and type
- Delivery location and distance
- Shipping method selected
- Current fuel surcharges
Shipping rates are provided during checkout before payment. Continental USA destinations are covered. Hawaii and Alaska require special quotes.
3. Delivery Coverage
We provide delivery to:
- All 48 continental United States
- Hawaii (additional fees apply)
- Alaska (additional fees apply)
- Canada (international shipping - contact for details)
4. Delivery Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, your address must have:
- Clear, accessible delivery location
- Proper road access for delivery trucks
- Adequate space for container placement
- A valid street address (P.O. boxes not accepted)
- Contact person available at time of delivery
For difficult access locations, additional fees may apply. Please contact our team to discuss your specific situation.
5. Delivery Process
Pre-Delivery: You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information and estimated delivery window.
Day of Delivery: Our driver will call 2 hours prior to arrival. Please ensure the delivery location is accessible and clear of obstacles.
Placement: Our team will place the container where specified. Specific placement assistance is available; ask during checkout.
Inspection: Please inspect the container immediately upon delivery for any damage and report issues within 48 hours.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery of the container to your specified address. This includes any damage that occurs after the container leaves our facility, even if in transit.
7. Damage During Shipping
If your container arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the damage immediately
- Do not accept the container if damage is severe
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos and details
- We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund
For minor damage that does not affect functionality, we may offer partial credits for repair costs.
8. Tracking
Track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Updates are sent to your email as your container moves through our system.
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery dates, delays may occur due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Vehicle breakdowns or mechanical issues
- Traffic or road hazards
- Delivery address accessibility issues
- Unforeseen circumstances
We are not liable for costs incurred due to shipping delays beyond our control. We will notify you immediately if delays are anticipated.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- The address is inaccessible
- No one is available to receive delivery
- The location is unsafe for delivery
We will attempt redelivery at no additional charge. After two failed attempts, you may be charged for storage and additional delivery attempts. Please ensure someone will be present on the scheduled delivery date.
11. Return Shipping
Returned containers must be in acceptable condition (reasonable wear excepted). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless returning due to damage from our shipment.
12. International Shipping
For international orders, additional customs, import duties, and documentation fees apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us for international shipping quotes.
